January 22nd, 1979, A regular meeting of the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam was held in the Council Chamber, Port Coquitlam City Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B.C. on January 22nd, 1979 at 7:30 p.m. His Worship Mayor J.M. Campbell, Aldermen J.J. Keryluk, G.R. Laking, Mabbett, P.F. Ranger, L.M. Traboulay and M.R. Wright in attendance. Also in attendance were Chief Administrative Officer L.D. Pollock, City Clerk R.A, Freeman, City Engineer F.£, Peters, P. Eng., Fire Chief W.S. Wingrove, Deputy Fire Chief J.N. Boileau, City Planner L, Lee, City Treasurer J.G.S, Maitland, Recreation Director K.J. Taylor, Works & Utilities Superintendent G.W. Ulmer and Mrs. D.L. Vyse. Westminster Ave. oe at AN San Scant Nata Neneccd ve § (b) to remove the Zone Designation of RS-2 assigned to that portion of Imperial Avenue shown dedicated on Plan 2294 included within the green outline on a By~law Plan prepared by Robert M, Reese, B.C.L.S. and dated December 12th, 1978, a copy of which said plan was attached to and made part of the "Imperial Avenue Plan 2294 Road Exchange By-law, 1979, No. 1645" and to assign the Zone Designation of RS~1 to the said Property. This property is located at 1730 and 1740 Westminster Avenue and extends south to Imperial Avenue and it igs expected that seventeen single family residential lots will be created following completion of the rezcning procedures. The City Planner gave a bricf explanation of the proposed subdivision and advised that this subdivision would enable the walkway to be established Koa allowing access to Westminster Avenue enabling the children to use this walkway to go to the elementary school,
