Re: Zoning Amendment By-law, No. 1391 .
"Land Use Contract No. 14 Authorization By-law, 1975, No. 1392"

The above-ncoted By-laws authorize the Council to enter into a Land
Use Contract with A & N Construction Ltd. in order to permit the creation of a
27-unit single-family Strata Title subdivision in the 3300 and 3400 blocks
Hastings Street and the required Zoning Public Hearing was held on August 25th,
1975.

The approval of the Minister of Highways to these By-laws has now
been obtained and it would now be appropriate for Council to give consideration >
to the following two resolutions, both of which require five affirmative votes

for passage:

i. "That By-law No. 1391 be reconsidered, finally passed and adopted."

2. "That By-law No. 1392 be reconsidered, finally passed and adopted."
