For the year to date, complaints have been reduced from 459 to 409. One
refreshing fact is that 329 animals have been claimed in 1975 as opposed
to 292 in 1974. ,

There is still a massive increase in the number of dogs and cats that
have to be destroyed as surplus to human requirements and consideration
must be given tu the participation in the Low Cost Spay and Neuter Clinic.
