waiting and pointed out that the Commercial Hotel has been waiting a

long time.

The City Clerk advised that By-laws Nos. 1343, 1344, and 1345,
proposed to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969, No

918" are available for initial consideration, and that they relate to
By-laws Nos. 1346, 1347, and 1348, respectively, proposed to authorize
issuance of Land Use Contracts, which are also available for initial
consideration prior to submisrion at a Zoning Public Hearing scheduled
to be held on December 9th, 1974.
