The two-storey administration building will house the ter- minal operators’ communications, administration and logis- tics center, says port official Barry Bartlett. The specialized, maintenance building will include. a workshop, spare parts storeroom, repair and steam cleaning bays for maintaining a large fleet of vehicles and cranes.
