That the Planning Department be authorized to draft Development Variance Permit No. 67/94
for 2088 Lougheed Highway under Section 974 of the Municipal Act, and

That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to sign the documents when completed.

That the monies for these projects be taken from the Parks and Recreation Department Capital
