REFUND OF FREES

An applicant for 4 building permit may obtain a refund of the
Building Permit Fee when a permit is surrendered and cancelled before
any construction begins, on the following basis:

_l. The refund shall be ninety percent (90%) of the balance of the
pbuilding permit fee in excess of the plan processing fee.

A plan processing fee is not refundable.
No refund shall be made where construction has begun or an

inspection has been made.

PLUMBING PERMIT FEES

6.1. The following fees shall be payable upon application for a
permit to install, alter, or repair any plumbing with a minimum
fee of $50.00:

6.1.1. for the installation of each fixture; $14.80

for the alteration of plumbing where
no fixtures are involved; $14.80

for the installation of each roof
drain, deck drain, floor drain
(storm), catch basin, junction box;

for the-installation of each meter
of fireline; $1.00 per metre.

for the installation'of each fire
hydrant;

for each septic tank installation,
repair or renewal;

for each sanitary sewer installation;
for each sewer storm justallation;

for each meter of piping associated
with water main installations or
sanitary sewer installations or

storm drainage sewer installations for
other than single family or two family
dwellings; 60¢ per metre;

for instaliation of building fire
protection:

6.1.10.1. first sprinkler head;
