Traboulay and Aldermen M.C. Farnworth, M.D. Gates, J.J. Keryluk, G.R. Laking, M.R. Wright and W.W. Stewart, in attendance. Also in attendance were City Administrator B.R. Kirk, Acting City Clerk S. Rauh and Director of Community Planning C.R. Felip. CONFIRMATION OF MINUTES: Moved by Alderman Stewart: Seconded by Alderman Gates: That the minutes of the Public Hearing and regular Council held on November 5th, 1990 be taken as read and adopted. Carried. BYLAWS : Moved by Alderman Keryluk: Seconded by Alderman Wright: WHEREAS the “Official Community Plan Amendment Bylaw No. 19, 1990, No. 2535" received first two readings on August 27th, 1990; AND WHEREAS the Council has, since that date, considered the proposed amendment to the Official Community Plan in conjunction with the City's most recent Capital Expenditure Program; AND WHEREAS no applicable Waste Management Plan exists for consideration; AND WHEREAS the required statutory procedures, including the holding of a Public Hearing, have been followed and the said Bylaw No. 2537 was read a third time on September 24th, 1990; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: THAT no inconsistency wan be seen to exist between the amendment to the Official Community Pian proposed to be enacted by Bylaw No. 2537 and the City's most recent Capital Expenditure Program; THAT no inconsistency can be seen to exist between the amendment to the Official Community Plan proposed to be enacted by Bylaw No. 2537 and the Economic Strategy Plan” that was presented to Council at its meeting of May 13th, 1985; THAT no applicable Waste Management Plan exists for consideration; AND THAT the said Bylaw No. 2537 be reconsidered, finally passed and adopted.
