That with respect to the forthcoming 1990 general local election for The
Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam:

1. Bryan R. Kirk shall be the Returning Officer.

2, Nominations will be held at the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam, City
Hall, 2580 Shaughnessy Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B.C. at the time specified by
Statute; namely, 10 a.m. to 12 noon on Monday, October 29th, 1990.

3. In case a poll is required the same will be held during the time specified
by Statute; namely, from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 17th,
1990; at the following places:

a. St. Catherine's Anglican Church Hall,
2251 McAllister Avenue;
Viscount Alexander Elementary Schocl ,
3250 Flint Streets
Mary Hill Elementary School,
