Kirk shall be the Returning Officer. 2, Nominations will be held at the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam, City Hall, 2580 Shaughnessy Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B.C. at the time specified by Statute; namely, 10 a.m. to 12 noon on Monday, October 29th, 1990. 3. In case a poll is required the same will be held during the time specified by Statute; namely, from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 17th, 1990; at the following places: a.
