Be RECOMMENDATION :

I. It is recommended that Part 808 — Apartment (BM—4) of Port Coquitlam 4
Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240, be amended as follows: :

(2) Floor Area Ratio: | :
by The maximum floor area ratio is 1.0, provided that where required off
_ street parking is constructed within a building envelope or in an
underground structure, the maximum floor area ratio is increased by

the proportion of the required parking so provided, multiplied by
0.4, to a maximum floor area ratio of 1.4. : ;

(3) Usable open space: This section to be deleted and replaced by:

Recreation areas shall be provided on the same lot as the principal =
