Development Variance Permit No. 70/89

RESOLUTION:

That as recommended by the Director of Community Planning in his
memorandum of December 13th, 1989 a Voluntary Development Variance Permit
approved to Lot 55 of D.L. 168 and 169, NWLD Plan 79396 relaxing the
requirements of the Zoning Bylaw RS~1 regulations Section 801 (4) and (5) for
front and side yard setbacks.

BACKGROUND AND COMMENTS:

Pursuant to instructions issued by the Council at its meeting of
December 18th, 1989 the owners and residents of property surrounding the
subject property have been advised that Council are considering issuance of
this Voluntary Development Variance Permit at its meeting of March 28th,
1988. Accordingly, at this time written or verbal submissions should be
considered by the Council and a decision reached as to whether or not the
Development Variance Permit should be issued.
