RECOMMENDATTON :

"WHEREAS the lands hereinafter described are not required for municipal
purposes nor are they reserved or dedicated:

NOW THEREFORE be it resolved that:

be sold

(pb) Lots 1 and 2; and Lots 18 to 25, inclusive, Block 12, Section 17,
Block 6, North Range 1 East, Pian 2416.
(c) Portions of road and lane allowance adjacent to the above
described properties intended to be cancelled.
all in the New Westminster District, Port Coquitlam, B.C.,

by tender if a bid acceptable to Council is received;

The City Clerk is hereby instructed and authorized to publish and post
the "Real Property for Sale By Tender" notice appearing in the Agenda

documents of this Council Meeting;

The terms and conditions contained therein are hereby approved; | ; a
The City Clerk carry out the procedures set out therein.

Council reserves the right to accept any bid or to reject all cf the

bids if Counci] in its absolute discretion determines that rejection
iS appropriate.

The property is being offered for sale at a price based on an appraisal
