from Agricultural Land Reserve

That, as proposed by the City Administrator in his memorandum
of January 3rd, 1986, application be made to the Agricultural
Land Commission for the exctusion from the Agricultural Land
Reserve of City owned land located west of Shaughnessy Street
and fronting on Rindall Avenue, Pitt River Road, Lobb Avenue,
Marshall Avenue, Staftord Avenue, and the two unnamed streets
lying south of Stafford Avenue.

SACKGROUND AND COMMENTS:

The required application (headed "Schedule B") and a report
from the Director of Community Planning are attached to this
memorandum and are followed by a smali map section showing the
tocation of the property. ;
