December 19th, 1983

A regular meeting of the Municipal Council of The Corporation of
the City of Port Coquititam was held in the Counci! Chamber, Port
Coquitlam City Hall on Monday, December 19th, 1983 at 7:30 pem.

His Worship Mayor L.M, Traboulay, Aldermen M.C. Fernwortnh, M.D.
Gates, G.R. Laking, W.W. Stewart and M.R. Wright in attendance,

Also in attendance were City Administrator B.R. Kirk, City Clerk
R.A. Freeman, City Enginser F.E. Peters, P, Eng. and Director of
Community Planning W. Brown.

That the minutes of the Regular Counci|! Meeting held on December
12th, 1983 be taken as read and adopted, ~

His Worship Mayor L.M, Traboufay introduced Mr. John Bledsoe
who then addressed the Counci | and advised that the amount of

money that would be required from the City of Port Coquittam under
the proposed "Fee foi Service Contractt would be $14,310.06.

That the Coquitiam Chamber of Commerce proposal! for a payment to
the Chamber. by the City of Port Coquitlam on a fee for service basis in
the amount of $14,310.00 be referred for 1984 budget discussions.
