Re: Road Exchange By-law No. 1842 — Bridgeman Avenue.

A copy of the above noted By-law is attached to this memorandum and is
available for first three readings.

Reproduced on the reverse side of this memorandum is a Photocopy of the
subdivision plan -that will be processed following approval of the road
exchange by-law and we would advise that it has been agreed with the
developer that ‘Lot No. 119 will be conveyed to the City for the usual

$1.00 amount and it is my understanding that this will represent compensation
to the City for the portions of Bridgeman Avenue conveyed to the developer.

A resolution stating Council's agreement to accepting. title to Lot.119
would be appreciated.
