Alderman Mabbett spoke regarding the addition to the Bank in the
Shop-Easy complex on Shaughnessy Street and asked for clarification on
the number of parking stalls required. ‘The City Planner advised there
will still be adequate parking to fulfill the zoning requirements.

Alderman Mabbett spoke regarding establishing a possible mobile
home park in the Reeve Street area and asked that the Planning and
Zoning Committee look into it.

Alderman Wright stated the United Way Annual General meeting will
be held at 7:30 p.m. on April 24th, 1980 at the Hyde Creek Centre.

Alderman Wright advised he received a complaint regarding a drainage
problem from the development south of Prairie Avenue, west of York
Street. The Assistant City Engineer was able to supply some information
and Mayor Laking asked him to check Further into the matter.
