(a) Notwithstanding any other Provision in chis Ry-law contained, uhere fn
any A-] (Agriculcural), A-2 (Qgriculrural), RS~1A(Single Fanily Residencial),
or RS-1 (Single Fanily Residencial) Zone, RS-2A (Single Fasily Residential) and xT~
i (Teo Fazily Resideatial) Zone, there kas been established any fora cf use as
defined tn the Zoning By-law and peraitted in and C or CS Comcercial Zone, and such
use {s carried on as an established nonconforning use, and where aay sige has been
erected and is caintained in connection with such established non-coaforzing use,
each such sign shall be altered to confora to the requlrenents of this Sy-lew and
in conforuity with Schedule "C" herecf or be recoved. Each such sign as altered
to confors may be saintained on such property in such zone as long as the said non-
conforming use is carried out thereou,
2. Location aod Strlag:
(a) All signs shall be located on the lot of the building, structure or use
to which they refer.
3. Stgn Projections:
(a) Sfgas shall be affixed flat againsc the vall of the building.
(5) No sign shall Project into a required yard.
(c) No sign shall project into or over public property.
Sign Heights:
(a) The maxicua height of a freestanding sign shall be 2 o (€.56 feer).

No sign persitted in clauses (b) and (c) of Section 2 of this Schedule
