ZONING BY-LAW - LAND USE CONTRACT

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port
‘Coquitlam will hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlan

City Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B. C. on Monday, January
12th, 1976 at 7:30 p.m. to consider the following proposed by-law to authorize

4Issuance of a Land Use Contract:
By-Law No. 1409: To authorize the Council to enter into a Land Use
Contract with Clar-For Holdings Ltd., 348 Columbia

Street, New Westminster, B.C., in the form and to
the extent set forth in “Land Use Contract No. 15"_

-which is set forth in a Schedule annexed to and made -

in By-law No. 1394 of the City cited as the ,

_all of District Lot 255, Group l, New Westminster District.

The above-noted property is the block bounded by McLean

Avenue, Ryan Street, Marshall Avenue, and Brown Street

and upon its fssuance Land Use Contract No. 15 will permit —

the land, buildings, and structures located or to be Located |

thereat to be used for M-3 (Special Industrial) uses only -
as set out in Section 4 of the said Land Use Contract No.

15 in order to permit the construction of ‘four buildings

to be constructed in accord with the regulations for the

M-3 (Special Industrial) zone subject to a maximum height

restriction of thirty feet (30'). '
