Mayor Campbeil stated he personally intended to write to The Honourable Campbell re

Otto Lang, Minister of Justice, expressing his dissatisfaction with an jury system-

administration that can over-rule the jury system, as in the case of Dr. Morgentaler)

Henry Morgentaler, and Alderman Thompson suggested that: those members of

Council who wished to do so could endorse the letter.
