Freeman, City Clerk RE:"Land Use Contract No. 6, Authorization By-law, 1974, No. 1325" ~ Zoning Public Hearing August 12, 1974 In connection with the above noted By-law we wish to advise that our Solicitor has recommended that the 15th and 16th lines of Section 15 of Land Use Contract No. 6 be amended by deleting the words: “in such a manner that the building is protected from all hazards associated with an unfinished or incomplete building." and the following substituted therefor: “and that in so doing the Municipality arcepts no responsibility for the suitability or adequacy of the said fence erected fo:- the benefit of the said developer for which the developer covenants and agrees to ..cept full responsibility and to save harmless the municipality from each and every action and claim which may be brought or arise as the result thereof". This change is presented to the Council at the Public Hearing in order that it may be incorporated in the By-law when the same is considered by the Council for third reading. AQ spn City Clerk
