The application in question is for a new duplex strata title.
The lot is vacant and meets all the requirements for a two family residential
use as set down in the present Zoning By-law.

A visual inspection of the proposed site has been made and is
concurrent with our records on file of the area.

Would you please place this on the Council Agenda to determine
if they will approve the application. Enclosed is a copy of the preliminary
plans and a copy of the strip map of the area.
