In view of its relevance to the foregoing, it was generally agreed that
Item No. 11, being > memorandum from the City Clerk, March 3rd, 1977,
concerning the application of Mr. George Karamanolis for a building per-
mit tr develop the properties referred to in rezoning By-laws Nos. 1516

and 1517, be taken from its listed position on the Agenda for considera-

tion at this time, and the following resolution was thereafter proposed:

Whereas at a meeting of this Council held on February 24th, 1977,
the Senior Building Inspector was instructed to withhold issuance of
building permits respecting Lot 74, Block 4, District 27>: 480, Group
One, Plan 20844, New Westminster District for a period of thirty (30)
days from the date of the application;

And Whereas an application for building permit under date of March

2nd, 1977 has been received from Mr. George Karamanclis and it is the

opinion of this Council that the development proposed in the said application
