Subject: Deletion of assessment Roll Numbers 465015-000

465040-000, 465045-000 & 465050-000 for the
1992 Assessment Roll Via the Supplementary Roll

The above roll numbers were subdivided by Plan LMP1042 in July
1991. This subdivision consolidated the four properties under roll
number 465016-000.

During our subdivision process these properties were not deleted
for the 1992 assessment roll. Therefore, unfortunately assessment
and tax notices were produced for the above. The error was
corrected for three of the four properties for the 1993 assessment
roll, but roll number 465015-000 still existed. Roll #465015-000
will be corracted shortly via a 1993 Supplementary Roll process.

As you are aware Mrs. Pearson of this office explained to you that
roll number 465015-000 could be processed via a supplementary roll
for 1993, however, the four properties that remained on the 1992
roll could not be processed via this system. This must be done
within one year of the completion of the assessment roll. In-this
case the 1992 roll completion date was Sept. 30, 1991. bad
