Moved by Councillor Wright: con ouncillor Gordon: That the report fom the Director c/ Planning, April 5th, 1993 regarding 3425 and 3437 Coast Meridian Road be approved to proceed for rezoning from RS-1 (Large Lot Residential) to RM-4 (Apartment) under Section 963 of the Municipal Act subject to: a. Completion of a design to the satisfaction of the Director of Planning; b. Satisfaction of Engineering Department requirements; Submission of landscaping plans to the satisfaction of the Parks and Recreation Department, Satisfaction of Building Department concems, The project being subject to 1993 rates for Development Cost Charges; Consolidation of the properties into one lot; and Issuance of a Developiaent Permit. That the Planning Department be authorized to draft Development Permit No. 34/93; and That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to sign the documents when completed subject to the conditions noted above.
