From the City Clerk, June 5th, 1992 regarding a Latecomer Charge Waiver
Agreement for Chevron Canada Limited.

Moved by Alderman Thompson:
Seconded by Alderman Keryluk:

At the request of and pursuant to the Agreement with Chevron Canada
Limited on the 15th day of June, 1992, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the works and
services described in the aforesaid Agreement and installed or to be installed
by the said Chevron Canada Limited in connection with the development of the
lands deseribed as:

Parcel Identifier: 012-035-777

Lot 14, Except: Part on Bylaw filed 64934;
Block 4, District Lot 379, Group l,

NWD, Plan 1213

are hereby conclusively deemed to be for the sole benefit of those lands and
that none of the cost of providing the said works and services shall
constitute “excess c. extended services" as defined by Section 990 of the

Municipal Act.

AND THAT the aforesaid Agreement be and the same is hereby approved and that
the Hayor and City Clerk are authorized to sign the same on behalf of the City
and to affix the Corporate seal thereto.

At the request of and pursuant to the Agreement with Meridian Industrial
Park IZ on the 15th day of June, 1992, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the works and
services described in the aforesaid Agreement and installed or ‘to be installed
by the sald Meridian Industrial Park JI in connection with the development of
the lands described as?

Parcel I (Ref. Plan 6040 except Parcel "E",
Exploratory Plan 8564)

Section 18 & 19

Block 6 NRLE, NWD

Lot 2, Section 17, 18, & 19

Block 6, NRLE, NWD

are hereby conclusively deemed to be for the sole benefit of those lands and
that none of the cost of providing the said works and services shall
constitute “excess or extended services" as defined by Section 990 of the

Municipal Act.

AND THAT the aforesaid Agreement be and the same is hereby approved and that
the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to sign the same on behalf of the City
and to affix the Corporate seal thereto.
