City Engineer Andrew de Boer Project Engineer February 18, 1992 RECOMMENDATIONS 1) That the request for bus stop relocation be approved; 2) That two(2) "No Stopping Anytime - Bus Zone" signs be installed at a cost of $200. BACKGROUND & COMMENTS B.C. Transit has requested the relocation of the existing bus stop at Mary Hill - Farside Wilson approximately 30 metres to the south. This is required to allow buses to pull in parallel to the curb when making the right hand turn off of Wilson Avenue. As well, B.C. Transit has asked the City to install two(2) "No Stopping AnyTime - Bus Zone” signs at the following locations (see attached sketch): 1) 4.5 metres south of existing bus stop on utility pole; 2) 7.5 metres south of proposed bus stop location .
