That the City proceed with the hiring of consultant architects to plan
design and prepare construction drawings for the relocation of the existing
Works Yard and Number 1 Fire Hall to the 1700 Block Broadway, and that staff
prepare a bylaw taking the necessary funds from our Tax Sale Reserve.

That City Council instruct staff to prepare a bylaw authorizing the
expenditure of $2 million from our Tax Sale Reserve for the development of
phase 1 of the Reeve Park Development.
