WHEREAS the “Official Community Plan Amenduent Bylaw No. 23, 1991, No. 2571"
received first two readings on March 4th, 1991;
AND WHEREAS the Council has, since that date, considered the. proposed
amendment to the Official Community Plan in conjunction with the City's most
‘recent Capital Expenditure Program; . es

AND WHEREAS the Council has, since that date, considered. the proposed.
amendment to the Official Community Plan in conjunction with the Economic
Strategy Plan entitled “Port Coquitlam Industrial Development Strategy";

AND WHEREAS no applicable Waste. Management Plan exists for consideration; |

| AND WHEREAS the required statutory procedures, including the holding of a
Public Hearing, have been followed and the said Bylaw No. 2571 was read a

"NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED:

THAT . no inconsistency can be seen to exist between the amendment to
Official Community Plan proposed to be enacted by Bylaw No. 2571 and
