This is to notify you that the Council of the City of Port Coquitlam will be
considering an application for a Development Variance Permit in respect of the

above~noted Property at Council's regular meeting of ‘onday, January 7th,
1991. The meeting will commence at 7:30 pem. in the Council Chambers, Third
Floor, Port Coquitlam City Hall, 2580 Shaughnessy Street, Port Coquitlam, 8.C.

The variance Sought by the owner of the above~-noted property and the purpose
of the permit are described in general terms in the enclosed Teport to Council
from the Director of Community Planning.

A copy of the Development Variance Permit may be inspected at the Planning
Department in the Port Coquitlam City Hall from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon and
from 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 P-M. on regular business days from the date of this
notice until the date of the Council Meeting stated on the first paragraph.

If you wish to comment on the application, you may write to the undersigned
prior to the meeting or attend the Council meeting, at which time you will be

given an Opportunity to be heard cr to present a written submission.
