from 1.2 metres to 2.5 and Section 808(7) side yard setback requirements from
3.5 metres for windows to 1.8 metres.

That an additional $32,950.00 be added to the redevelopment of Lions
Park.

That the money for the redevelopment be taken form DCC park interest. —

That the City Treasurer be directed to include the $32,950.000 in the
application for B.C. lottery Funds for the redevelopment of the park.
