From the City Engineer, July 8th, 1988 regarding Walkway Adjacent to
1495 Elinor Crescent.

That an additional $5,000 be approved for the upgrading of the walkway
adjacent to 1495 Elinor Crescent and that this amount be funded from the 1988
Unallocated Public Works Capital Budget.

From the City Engineer, July 8th, 1988 regarding Purchase of Laser
Grade Setter.

That a laser grade setter be purchased from Conag Laser Alignments for
approximately $7,000 and that the necessary funds be taken from the 1988
Unallocated Sewer Capital Budget.

From the Director of Community Planning, Juuc 16th, 1988 regarding
RS-1 and RS-2 Residential Zones, Zoning Bylaw Text Amenment.

Seconded by Alderman Laking:;

That City Council direct the Clerk's Office to prepare an amendment. to
the Zoning Bylaw No. 2240, Section 801 and 802 RS-1 and RS~2 Zones,
identifying that only one set of kitchen facilities are permitted.

Due to repeated interjections from a member of the audience, Mrs.
Sylvia Osberg, 3156 Raliegh Street, and her refusal to comply with the Mayor's
request to stop interrupting the meeting.

The Council Meeting was temporarily adjourned at 8:39 a.m. and all
Council members left the Campbell Roon.

At 8:45 p.m. Council members returned to the Campbell Room
Council Meeting was resumed.
