A Public Hearing pursuant to resolution passed on April 18th, 1988 was
held by the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam
at Cedar Drive Elementary School, 3150 Cedar Drive, Port Coquitlam, B.C. on
Wednesday, May 4th, 1988 at 8:00 p.m.

His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay, Aldermen M.D. Gates, J.J. Keryluk,
W.W. Stewart, G.R. Laking, and R.H. Talbot in attendance.

CALL TO ORDER:

His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay advised that the Public Hearing
regarding Supermailboxes would now begin.

CORRESPONDENCE:

Letters were received from the following:

Canada Post Corporation, April 25th, 1988 advising that Canada Post
would not be attending the May 3rd and May 4th, 1988 Public Hearings regarding

Supermailboxes, .

. Mr. Roy Drewitt, 1184 Castle Crescent stating his opposition ‘to
supermailboxes.
