WHEREAS Section 266 of the "Municipal Act" being Chapter 290 of the Revisec
Statutes of British Columbia, 1979, requires that on or before the 15th day of
May in each year the Counci! shall cause to be prepared and adopt by bylaw ¢
capital expenditure programme for a period of not less than 5 years, showing
estimates of the proposed source and application of funds for capital purposss
for each year of the programme;

NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Por
Coquitiam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

Schedule "A" to this Bylaw shall be the capital expenditure programme of Tix
Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam for the years 1986, 1987, 1988, 1989,
1990, 1991, 1992, 1993, 1994, and 1995.

The general expenditure programme contained in Schedule "A" shall remain in force
and effect until a new capital expenditure programme is adopted in the year 1987.

This Bylaw may be cited for ail purposes as the "Capital Expenditure Programas
Bylaw, 1986, No. 2181".

Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 5th day of May, 1986.
Read a third time by the Municipal Council this Sth day of May, 1986.

Reconsidered, finally passed and adopted by the Municipal Council of The
Corporation of the City of Port Coquitiam this day of May, 1986.
