That City Councli direct the Cierk's Office to prepare a bylaw
rezoning the portion of Lots 2, 3, 5, District Lot 232, Plan 626, and the
portion of Lots 1, 2, 3, of District Lots 231 and 232, Pian 6358 lying
south of the portions contained in Plan 68301, Mary Hill Bypass from
RS-2, One Family Residential to C-1, Local Commercia!;

AND THAT the remainder of Lots 2, 3, 4, 5 of District Lot 232, Plan
6269 and Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 of District Lots 231 and 232, Plan 6830,
be rezoned from RS-1, One Family Residential and RS-2, One Family

Residential.

permitted to proceed to Bylaw stage and Public Hearing;

AND THAT it be held at fourth reading pending completion of a
Development Cost Charge Bylaw governing the area.
