A regular meet Ing of the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the
City of Port Coquitlam was held In the Counc] | Chamber, Port Coquitiam
City Hall on Monday , February 25th, 1985 at 7:30 p.m.

_ His Worship Mayor. LeM, Traboulay, Aldermen M.C. Farnworth, J.d.
Keryluk, G.R, Laking, W.eW. Stewart and M.R. Wright In attendance.

Also tn attendance were Acting-City Administrator, City Engineer
F.E. Peters, P. Eng., City Treasurer J. Maltiand and Recording Secretary
Mrs. D. Vyse.

SPECIAL PRESENTATIONS:

His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay Introduced Ken Stutt, Alex Stult,
and Monica Swensson winners of medals at the Provincial Secondary Schoo |
Swimming Championships and presented them with a tribute th civic
recognition of thelr achievement.

His Worship Mayor L.M, Traboulay introduced the Div. 3 - Eaton &
Starr Lacrosse Team, winners of gold medals at the Provinclal B~2
Champlonshtips and presented them with a tribute In clvic re cognition of
their achievement.

the B.C. Liberal Party who then made a presentation to Counc! | advising
he was visiting municipalities In the Province and spent a few minutes
conversing with Council members.

1280 Victorta Drive and Mrs. McGlashan then made a presentation to
Councl! regarding the bus stop on Victoria Drive.

location on Victorta Drive east of Apel Drive.
