We object to any rezoning cr building on this piece of property
until the city enforces it's original covenant with the developers

of this Rae St. sub-division and fulfills the committments made

to us at the original hearing on Jan. 5, 1981.
Before voting in favour of this rezoning, we would urge all
responsible aldermen to familiarize themselves with the complete

details regarding this. We also invite the aldérmen to visit

our property and view first hand, the destruction that has been
perpetrated upon us with the full consent and knowledge of those

in positions of trust in the city.
We also recommend a careful study of the Charter of Rights and

of Section 387 of the Criminal Code of Canada and ponder .t1
