A By-law to amend the "Highway Facilities Development Cost chargeO£Ly,,1 1979

1979, No. 1680".

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in

open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1.

Clause (a) of Section 1 of the "Highway Tacilicties Development Cost Charge

‘By-law, 1979, No. 1680" is amended by striking out "for any purpose other than

the creation of three (3) or less lots to provide sites for a total of three (3)

or less self-contained dwelling units".

Section 1 of the By-law is further amended by adding the following as

clause (d):

"(d) Clauses (b) and (c) do not apply where a building permit authorizes
| construction, clteration or extension of a building Or part of a
building thac is, or will after the construction, alteration or
extension be exempt from taxes under Section 327(1)(h) of the

Municipal Act."

This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the “Highway Facilities Development

Cost Charge By-law, 1979, No. 1680, Amendment By-law, 1979, No. 1715".
