Discussion then ensued. Alderm:» Ranger stated the Public Works Committee would look into this. Discussion continued on the pick up of bundled newspapers for recycling and Alderman Ranger stated with the one year trial of two men per garbage packer instead of three men, bundled newspapers were not always being separated from the regular garbage.
