PWC, July 19/79 From the Public Works Committee, July 19th, 1979 advising that an re 3696 Hamilton St. investigation had been carried out regarding the question of the fence leaning into the ditch at 3696 Hamilton Street. Discussion then ensued. Mr. Law, property owner of 3696 Hamilton Street was present to answer enquiries from Council on the condition of the ditch which runs along the rear of his property. Moved by Alderman Keryluk: Seconded. by. Alderman Ranger: That the matter concerning the ditch at the rear of 3696 Hamilton Street be referred back to the Public Works Committee for further investigation and that a report be brought back to Council in two weeks.
