BY-LAW NO, 1667

A by-law to awend the Annual Budget for The Corporation of the
‘ City of Port Coquitlam for the year 1978,
WHEREAS by By-law No. 1601, cited as the “City of Port Coquitiam
Annual Budget By-law, 1978, No. 1601", passed pursuant to Section 198 of
"The Municipal Act", being Chapter 255 of the revised Statutes of British
Columbia, 1960, and amenduecats thereto, the Municipal Couneil of The
Corporation of the City of fort Coquitlam adopted the Annual Ludget for the
year 1978;
AND WHEREAS it is decmed necessary to amend the said Annual
Budgets
NOW THEREFORE the Municipal council of The Corporation of the
City of Port Coquitlam, in open mecting assembled, enacts as follows:
1. Schedule “yn of the Clty of Port Coquitlam Annual Dudpet By-law,
1978, No. 1601" is hereby amended by substituting the amount eet forth in
Schedule "A" to this By-law under the heading, "1978 Amended Budget".
2. This By-law may be known and cited for all purposes as the
“City of Port Coquitlam Annual Budget By-law, 1978, No. 1601, Amendment

By~law, 1979, No. 1667".
