AGREEMENT

THE CORPORATION OF THE CLTY OF PORT COQUITLAM

The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam (the “"Municipality") hereby
‘promises to pay to the Greater Vancouver Regional District (the "Regional
District") the sum of Two Hundred Fifty Thousand ($250,000.00) Dollars in
lawful money of Canada, United States of America or United Kingdom together
