A By-law to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969,
No. 918".

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

is auended by removing the Zone Designation of RM-1 (Low-Density Apartment
Residential) assigned to Lot 394, South-west Quarter Section 6, Township 40,
Plan 44683, New Westminster District, and assigning the Zone Designation of

C-2 (Neighbourhood Commerciz!) to the said property and to that portion of

Ulster Street lying South of Prairie Avenues Nerth of Lot 402, Plan 48587 and

bounded on the Ease and West by the said Lot 394, Plan 44683.

2, This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Port

Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918, Amendment By-law, 1976, No. 1468".

The Hunicipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam, ia open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
1. The Zoning Map of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam,
being Schedule "A" of the "City of Port Coquitlan Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918"
is amended by removing the Zone Designation of RS-2 (One-Fanily Suburban
Residential) assigned to Block H of Lots 15 & 16, District Lot 255, Group One,

Plan 643, New Westminster District and assigning the Zone Designation of RS~1

(One--Family Residential) to the said Property and to the East 16.5" of Taylor
Street from Warwick Avenue to Langan Avenue.
2. This By-law may se cited fer all purposes as the "City of Port.
Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918, Amendment. By-law, 1976, No. 1469",
