BY-LAW NO. 1450 A By-law to amend the "City of Port Coquitlas Building Moving Regulstion By-law, 1974, Ho. 1299", The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port, Coquitlam, in open Beeting assembled, enacts as follows: eS Section 2 of the “City of port Coquitlam Building Movirg Regulation By-lav, 1974, No. 1299" is repealed and the following substituted therefor: "2. (2) Any building moved into the City ehall be of a age not greater than fiftecu (15) yeerr, @) Except as provided by Subsection (3) of this Section, any new build{og moved inte the City chall have been inspected by epproved Inapectors of The Corpozation of the City of Port Coquitias as tr is being bufle; shalt have a ninisun width of twenty (20) feet; and shall confors in every respect to all] relevant By-lews of the City. Subsection (2) of this Section shail not apply to a new factory-butlt residential bullding that complies in every respect to the Building Cede for the Province established under Section 719A of the “Municipal ace", being Chapter 255, 8.5.8.C., 1960, as emended, as to the construction thereof, and vhich 1s to be erected on a site in compiiance with the By-laws of the City in such manner that the reaidential buflding will qualify for eortgage financing by Central Mortgage and Housing Corporation under the provioions of the “National Housing Act" of Canada, ° Every person applying for 2 permit to Bove a building, including a factory-bufit reaidenttal building, shell, on request of the Building Taspecter, furnieh proof, to the satisfaction of said Inspector, of the age of any building to be roved and every applicant shall also furaish proof of lfabil{ty inaurance to cover the proposed moving of eaid buiiding tn sn acount not less than Two Hundred and Fifty Thousand ($256,000.00) Dollars, tne policy of which insurance shall be endorsed te include The Corporation of the Gity of Fore Coquitlam as an sdded named insured insofar a liability may be created by the granting of any permiession under this By-lav,* 2 * Section 3 of the By-law {6 repealed and the following substituted - therefor: "3.
