Re: Land Use Contract ~ Horner Developments Ltd.

In connection with Alderman Keryluk's memorandum of February 19th,

1976, concerning the proposed new library quarters we would advise that final

reading may now be given to the following two By-laws which would authorize

establishment of a development area and the entering into of Land Use Contract

No. 16:

By-law, 1975, No. 1398".

"Land Use Contract No. 16 Authorization By~law, 1975, No. 1399",
