THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM

BY-LAW NO. 1324

A By-law to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969,
No. 918".
The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
1. Subsection (1) of Section 202A of the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning
By-law, 1969, No. 918" as enacted by the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-Law,
1969, No. 918, Amendment By-law, 1970, No. 1012" is amended by inserting the
following therein as Section (q):
"(q) i. Lot "A", Block 14, East half District Lot 380, Group One,
Pian 10031, Except the North 55' thereof, New Westminster
District;
North 55' of Lot "A", Block 14, East half District Lot 380,
Group One, Plan 10031, New Westminster District; .

South 55' of Lot "B", Block 14, District Lot 380, Group One,

Plan 10031, New Westminster District;

Lot "B", Block 14, East half District Lot 380, Group One,

Plan 22031, Save and Except the South 55' thereof, New
Westminster District;
Lot "C", Block 14, East half District Lot 380, Group One,
Plan 10031, Except Parcel 1 (Explanatory Plan 16741), New
Westminster District."

2. This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Port

Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918, Amendment By-law, 1974, No. 1324".
