Committee Comments:

The land is presently zoned RM-1 and a permit for 16 row house 3
‘units could be issued, As Oxford is one of the City's collector roads a widening

of 14 feet approximately is required. The voad widening presents a problem of

placing the buildings as the loss of 14 feet on Oxford would Place the building

within 20 feet of the property line on Oxford while 25 feet can be retained on

Coquitlam Avenue and Suffolk. A number of services are required to be upgraded ‘
such as the open ditch on Oxford. It is to the advantage of both the applicant
