A Development Variance Permit pertaining to the proposed subdivision 4s also required and will be the subject of another report on this agenda. . SEQUENCE OF APPLICATION EVENTS:: March 3,°1994s A rezoning application is submitted to rezone 1250 Pitt River Road to permit the subdivision as shown in the attached Appendix I. April 11, 1994: Application is defeated by Council. May 9, 1994: Council passes a resolution to waive six month time limit for re-application after considering an appeal by the property owners. “ May 11, 1994: Applicant re~applies for Rezoning Application.
