Therefore it is now determined that the amendment to the Official Community Plan
proposed to be enacted by Bylaw No. 2874 does not affect the District of Coquitlam, District of
Pitt Meadows, The City of Surrey, or the Greater Vancouver Regional District.

Harbour Street Storm Sewer Pump Station - $1,600,000
Shaughnessy Street Construction - $1,000,000

Coast Meridian Road Sanitary Sewer Main Replacement - $500,000
Oxford Overpass - $31,000,000

TOTAL - $39,100,000

That Council authorize the City Clerk to amend the City of Port Coquitlam Traffic Control
Bylaw No. 1117 to designate the west side of Shaughnessy from Atkins to 40 metres north as a

"No Parking Anytime” zone.
