SUBJECT: Sale of City Property ~ N.E. Corner of Pitt & Shaughnessy

RESOLUTION:

WHEREAS the lands hereinafter described are not required for municipal
purposes nor are they reserved or dedicated;

NOW THEREFORE be it resolved that:

1. Lot "A", Block 24, District Lot 289, Group 1, Plan LMP2894, New
Westminster District, Port Coquitlam, B.C. be sold by tender if bids
acceptable to Council are received;

The City Clerk is hereby instructed and authorized to publish and post the
“Real Property for Sale By Tender" notice appearing in the Agenda
documents of this Council Meeting; .

The terms and conditions contained therein are hereby approved;
The City Clerk carry out the procedures set out therein;
Council reserves the right to accept any bid or bids or to reject any

all of the bids if Council in its absolute discretion determines that
rejection is appropriate.
