sett WY a eat ate Fr THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY oF BYLAW NO. 2652 4 Bylaw to Amend the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: 1. Section 101 of "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is amended by deleting the definition "Accessory Home Occupation Use", Section 101 of the Bylaw is further amended by inserting, in correct alphabetical order the following definitions: as “Accessory Home Business Use Means a business, occupation or profession carried on in a dwelling unit by a resident of that dwelling unit, which is accessory to the residential use of the dwelling unit and does not change the residential appearance or character of the building or lot in which it is located." "Tutorial Services Means the provision of teaching services in a dwelling unit, by one. instructor and where no more than 3 Students are taught at one time.” 3. The Bylaw is amended by adding, after Section 511, the following as Section 512: "312. ACCESSORY HOME BUSINESSES: Accessory home businesses shall comply with the following regulations: (1) No more than three persons shall work in the dwelling unit in connection with any or all accessory home businesses in that dwelling, and at least two of the persons shall reside in the dwelling unit.
